O Emmy, principal premiação da televisão americana, anunciou nesta terça-feira (28) os indicados da edição de 2020. E “Watchmen”, baseado na HQ, é a produção mais indicada do ano, com 26 indicações!
Outros destaques com bastante indicações foram “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” (que eu adora e super indico) da Amazon Prime, recebeu com 20 indicações e “Schitt’s Creek”, Netflix, com 15.
As séries dramáticas, “Ozark” (Netflix) e “Succession” (Hbo) empataram com 18 indicações cada.
Percebemos claramente uma disputa entre de produção de conteúdo entre Netflix e HBO. Por mais que a Netflix seja o canal de streaming mais lembrado do brasileiro, e este ano lidera com 160 indicações ela é relativamente nova na disputa de prêmios contra 107 da HBO.
A HBO reina com as melhores produções há alguns anos!
Sinto a falta de Viola Davis pela ultima temporada de “How to get away with your murder”. Mas comemora a indicação de Zendaya “Euphoria”.
O Emmy 2020 terá como anfitrião o apresentador Jimmy Kimmel, e acontecerá no dia 20 de setembro.
